628 images taken at 75um apart in two different stacks.  Then stitched together create the final image!
 
Seeing the success with the galaxies in the Petunias I was enthusiastic to see what an entire photo would have in store for magic! This though put more stress on the flower introducing new variables such as flower movement.  Some tend to close or droop during the long photo shoots.  The petunia is resilient so far with proper support and mindfulness! A giant Monarch Buttery emerged after both stacks were stitched together! These flowers keep amazing me with all the surprises they have in the details!
