The product must be in the same condition it was sent out in. Once the product is returned and inspected the refund will be issued or new product sent out.

Hanging Information
A cherry wood 3/4 inch frame with half lap joints and a 1/4 inch keyhole slot at the top adds a nice touch to the back.
